Up To Date Image
[edit]Who keeps deleting the skyline images I upload and replacing it with that tired old 1885 picture? I'm trying to make the article up to date with an accurate picture of the skyline that I took myself. Please explain your reasoning for this deletion. -- DomPrice 13:42, 27 May 2010 (CDT)
List
[edit]This article is fast becoming a list. Can these lists be condensed into a paragraph form that a reader may be able to actually get something from? Mike H (Talking is hot) 16:57, July 11, 2005 (UTC)
Pensacola Metropolitan Area
[edit]Pensacola Metropolitan Area includes Eglin Airforce Base and Jay Bell clearly went to school at J.M. Tate High School. Travis Fryman aslo went to school at J.M. Tate High School. I forget were Gatlin went to high school. Travis Fryman's mom was my P.E. teacher at MacArthur Elementary. Joe Scarborough has a home within the metropolitan area of Pensacola/ In fact my friends dad know him personally and I went to his church with another friend. Roy Jones Jr. lives in a Mansion that is within the Pensacola Metropolitan Area/ You have to understand that most Pensacolians do not live within the city it-self, but in the suburbs and other areas. The City itself has only abpout 60k people, but the Metropolitan Area has approximately 412k people. It's fine to mention people like Jay Bell. Most of these Famous People will tell you they cam from Pensacola. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.31.180.15 (talk • contribs)

- The result of this discussion was a WP:BOLD merge upon minimal participation. snood1205 19:50, 28 December 2021 (UTC)
Doing some WP:BEFORE this article does not or only barely meets WP:GNG on its own, but would work better as a section on the Pensacola article. snood1205(Say Hi! (talk)) 13:45, 15 December 2021 (UTC)
- Support. Agree with nomination. ––FormalDude talk 05:38, 17 December 2021 (UTC)
Should we edit this sentence?
[edit]This sentence in the article seems unusual:
It is represented in the state senate by Doug Broxson (R) and [77] and in the state house by District 2 representative Alex Andrade (R).[78]
The [77] is the citation linking to flsenate.gov . So what's with the extra "and"? Was Pensacola represented by the citation? Thwaluigi (talk) 00:12, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
- Duplicate word, happens a lot. I've removed it. You could have done so your self. Thank you for noting it here. Donald Albury 00:41, 30 December 2024 (UTC)
